How we handle your inquiry.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business details, optional phone and website, service interests, timeline and project description. We use this information to respond, discuss the requested work and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive client records.

Website and email providers

This website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form messages are delivered using Resend and received in our business email account. These providers process the information needed to operate their services and may process data outside Canada. Hosting services may record technical request information for operation and security.

Storage and choices

We keep inquiry correspondence as needed for follow-up, project administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about information you have provided or request correction or deletion. Some business records may need to be retained.

Template purchases and downloads

When online checkout is available, Stripe processes payment and checkout details. L&L receives the order reference, purchased template, payment status and contact details needed to fulfil your order and provide support. Full card details are handled by Stripe. Resend delivers your download email. Private file storage provides a short-lived link after the website verifies the purchase. These providers may process data outside Canada.

For personalized template purchases, the business brief you submit is saved with the Stripe order so it can be recovered if an email is delayed. It includes your contact information, business name and location, supplied website address, service description, general project notes and optional photography/video interest. Resend sends the order brief to our business inbox and a confirmation to your checkout address. We use this information to fulfil the purchased work; do not submit passwords, card details or sensitive customer records.

An essential, secure checkout cookie connects the returning browser to its order for up to 24 hours. The emailed download link also grants access, so keep it private. Order records are retained as needed for delivery, support and applicable business recordkeeping.

Your optional content brief

The Website Templates content guide does not submit or upload your entries. If you choose Save draft, your notes are stored in this browser until you clear them or clear the site’s browser data. They are not shared across devices. You can download the notes as a text file and choose to send them to us in your project correspondence.

On a shared device, clear the saved draft when you finish. Keep passwords, payment details and sensitive customer records out of the brief; any account access needed for your project is arranged separately.

Website analytics and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public website and Speed Insights to measure page loading and responsiveness. These services do not use analytics cookies. They process technical information such as visited pages, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and performance measurements. Vercel may process this information outside Canada.

Our integration removes query strings and fragments from reported page URLs and excludes payment-confirmation and download routes. We do not add form entries, business briefs or payment details to analytics events. Local development, preview deployments and standalone template demos do not run this integration.

Cookies and external links

Your animation preference is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember whether you paused motion. This preference is not sent to us or used for advertising.

This website does not add advertising pixels. Hosting and security services may process essential technical information. Client projects, social profiles and booking platforms linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
