Clear from the start

Single-business website licence

Use and modify the supplied source code for one business website, including a website you build for one client. Development and staging copies of that website are allowed.
You may hand the finished website and its source to that business, with these licence terms. A separate licence is needed for another business website.
The design is non-exclusive. Do not resell, share publicly or redistribute the source as a template, stock asset or competing downloadable product.
Included sample media may be used with this website. Third-party open-source dependencies keep their own licences; preserve the notices supplied in the package.
The download includes editable source, sample content and setup instructions. Personalization, hosting, domains, live email delivery, paid integrations and maintenance are not included.
Sample forms and interactions demonstrate the design. Configure and test real business details, metadata, integrations and contact delivery before your own launch.
